About the Journal

The scientific journal "Folia Iuridica Universitatis Wratislaviensis" has been published since 2012 (up to issue No. 3/2014 was published under the title "Folia Iuridica Wratislaviensis" ISSN 2299-8322). The thematic scope of the texts covers broadly understood issues in the field of public and private law as well as history and the theory of law.

Announcements

Submission of articles for the next number

The Board of Editors of "Folia Iuridica Universitatis Wratislaviensis", an e-magazine of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economy of the Wroclaw University, kindly informs that it accepts articles to the next issue until September 5, 2024.
The Board of Editors awaits scientific articles and studies, comments, voices, reports on scientific conferences, reviews of scientific papers, bibliographical notes, as well as translations from foreign languages (with the consent of the copyright owner).
According to the resolution of the Board of Editors, studies prepared by PhD students should be accompanied by the opinion of a scientific supervisor confirming that he accepts this publication for publication.
Articles and studies should not count no less than 20,000 typographical units (0.5 publisher’s sheets) and no more than 60,000 typographical units (1.5 publisher sheets).
The Board of Editors reserves the right to make final decisions on acceptance of the submitted works for print.
Maximum number of articles in the issue shall not exceed 12.
Materials should be sent in electronic form (or sent personally to the Editorial Board on an appropriate medium), along with a summary in English and Polish (about 0.5 to 1 page), key words in English and Polish, English title and bibliography on Publisher's address: This email address is being protected from spambots. Printed publications are reviewed by two external reviewers.
